Download the FHFA all-transactions state HPI CSV (hpi_at_state.csv) from FHFA House Price Index datasets. The dashboard computes 1-, 3-, 5-, and 10-year state index changes from the CSV; HPI is not median sale price. For mortgage history, export FRED's MORTGAGE30US or MORTGAGE15US as CSV and import here. Public series are national averages, not lender quotes. Data stays in your browser and is not uploaded to a server.
FHFA data loads automatically from the bundled, dated snapshot. Optional manual imports remain available. Cloudflare Pages can retrieve FRED mortgage observations using the included Pages Function. Automated FHFA snapshot refresh requires connecting the included GitHub Actions workflow to a GitHub-connected Cloudflare Pages project.
